Baked Fish in 15 minutes
Hi today I am going to prepare Baked Fish.. It is very simple going recipe my Hubby loves it alot. As it also takes very less time. We can have this with plain rice or chapatis..
Ingredients:
- Fish - 1 Pound
- Yougurt - 5 Tbs
- Ginger and Garllic paste - 2 Tsp
- Salt - According to your taste
- Red chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Fried Fish Shan masala - 2 Tsp
- Lemon Juice - 2 Tbs
- OIl _ 3 Tbs
Method:
- Marinate the fish first with yougurt, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Shan masala and Lemon juice.
- Take a non stick pan put oil in it and put this marinated fish in that pan
- Put on high flame for 4 min then simmer it and leave it
- After 10 min turn those pieces
- After 5 min you can see the gravy come up off the stove.
- Garnish it with corindaor leaves
Enjoy it!! While its hot..
