Kheema
Welcome, Today when I came in the kitchen I was unable to decide on what to cook so I looked in freezer what is available suddenly I got an eye on Kheema well i decided to cook this with plain rice I am going to prepare Kheema usually this is made with any meat like lamb, veil and goat.. It tastes good with plain rice or Khichdi. Usually it can be cooked with or without cooker but today I will make it without cooker. it takes less time even if we dont cook it with cooker… here is the recipe hope you all enjoy it……..
Ingredients:
- Kheema - 1 Pound
- Onion - 1 Finley Chopped
- Salt - According to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Haldi - A pinch
- Adrak Laisan Paste - 1 tsp
- Kheema Curry shan masala _ 2 tsp
- Lemon _ 1
- Oil _ 4 tsp
Method:
- First take a non-stick sauce pan Heat oil in it.
- Put Chopped Onions in it Fry the onions till light Brown
- Then put adrak laisan paste, salt chilli powder and put Kheema in it
- Stir well and put 1/2 ounce water put on high flame then after 5 min simmer it
- Put Shan masala in it and Cover it with lid Let It cook for 15 min till water is dried
- Stir well and off the stove put lemon in it
- Garnish it with Cilantro
- Serve hot with the above suggestions..
