Chicken soup with vegetables
Hi this is just simple chicken soup yet very delicious . It does not require any oil or onions in it it is just nutritious recipe.
Ingredients:
- Chicken bones with some meat - 4 to 5 peices.
- Tomato - 1.
- Cauliflower - 4 to 5 peices.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Red chilli powder - a pinch.
- Black pepper powder - a pinch.
- Water - 5 cups.
- Knoor Chicken soup cubes - 2
Method:
- Wash chicken pieces properly and add water to it.
- Put it on medium flame add salt, red chilli powder, knoor soup cubes, tomatoes and cauliflower.
- Let it cook for 30 minutes.
- After 30 min see that the chicken is done if its done off the flame if not cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add Pepper in everyone’s bowl and serve it.
- Serve hot..
