Spinach with meat (Palak ki bhaji)

Ingredients:

  1. Spinach                                   - 2 Pounds.
  2. Meat                                       - 1 Pound.
  3. Salt                                        -  According to taste.
  4. Red chilli Powder                   - 1 tsp.
  5. Turmeric Powder                   - 1/4 tsp.
  6. Ginger garlic paste               - 1 tsp.
  7. OIl                                        - 4 tsp.
  8. Onion                                 -  1 finley chopped.

Method for Meat with spinach:

  • Wash Meat and spinach properly with changes of water. Keep spinach aside.
  • Take a pressure cooker add onions, Meat, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste an oil in it.
  • Put the cooker lid and let it cook for 20 min.
  • Open the lid stir the meat properly for 5 min then put spinach in it.
  • Stir it properly and let it cook on simmer till you can see the change of the colour of spinach.
  • Off the stove and serve it with chapatis or plain rice.
