Talawa Gosht (Fried Meat)
Ingredients:
- Meat - 1 pound.
- Onion -1/2 chopped.
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder - A pinch.
- OIl - 4 tsp.
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp.
- Green chilli - 1 chopped.
- Chaat masala powder -1 tsp.
- Coriandor leaves - 5-6 leaves
Method:
- Wash meat properly with changes of water.
- Take a pressure cooker add onions, meat, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and green chilli mix well and put the cooker lid.
- Let it cook for 20 min until the meat is tender.
- Open the cooker and simmer the flame.
- Stir meat properly put oil in it.
- Stir throughly and see that the cooker walls wont get burned.
- Garnish it with coriandor leaves and onions.
- Serve it with palin rice or Chapatis.
