Talawa Gosht (Fried Meat)

Ingredients:

  1. Meat                                            - 1 pound.
  2. Onion                                          -1/2 chopped.
  3. Red chilli powder                        - 1 tsp.
  4. Salt                                             - 1 tsp.
  5. Turmeric powder                         - A pinch.
  6. OIl                                               - 4 tsp.
  7. Ginger garlic paste                      - 2 tsp.
  8. Green chilli                                 - 1 chopped.
  9. Chaat masala powder                  -1 tsp.
  10. Coriandor leaves                         - 5-6 leaves

Method:

  • Wash meat properly with changes of water.
  • Take a pressure cooker add onions, meat, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and green chilli mix well and put the cooker lid.
  • Let it cook for 20 min until the meat is tender.
  • Open the cooker and simmer the flame.
  •  Stir meat properly put oil in it.
  • Stir throughly and see that the cooker walls wont get burned.
  • Garnish it with coriandor leaves and onions.
  • Serve it with palin rice or Chapatis.
