Kali Mirchi ka Gosht( Black pepper Meat)

Ingredients:

  1. Meat                                - 1 Pound.
  2. Salt                                  - 1 tsp.
  3. Turmeric powder             - 1/4 tsp.
  4. Black Pepper Powder        - 1/2 tsp.
  5. Ginger and Garlic paste    - 2 tsp.
  6. Onions                             - 2 finley chopped.
  7. Coriandor powder            - 1 tsp.
  8. Lemon juice                     - 3 tbs.
  9. OIl                                   - 4 tsp.

Method:

  • Wash meat properly with changes of water and keep it aside.
  • Take a cooker cut onions in it and put meat, salt, turmeric powder, coriandor powder, ginger garlic paste and oil.
  • Let it cook for 20- 25 minutes when you think its done open the cooker lid.
  • You can see some water in it stir well till you see that there is very  little bit water left.
  • Simmer the flame and put lemon juice in it.
  • Stir well and put Black pepper Powder in it.
  • Off the stove and put coriandor leaves on it.
  • Serve hot with plain rice or Chapatis.
