Tomato soup in meat (Tamate ka shorba)

Ingredients:

  1. Meat                                                      - 1 pound.
  2. Salt                                                        - 1 tsp.
  3. Red chilli powder                                   - 1 tsp.
  4. Green chillies                                        - 2.
  5. Ginger garlic paste                                - 2 tsp.
  6. Turmeric powder                                   - a pinch.
  7. Cumin powder                                       - 1 tsp.
  8. Coriandor powder                                  - 1 tsp.
  9. Cilantro                                                  - 4-5 leaves.
  10. Tomatoes                                               - 4 chopped.
  11. Onion                                                      - 1 finley chopped.
  12. OIl                                                            - 4 tsp.
  13. Fresh lemon                                              - 1.
  14. Water                                                        - 1 cup.

Method:

  • Wash meat properly with changes of water.
  • Take a pressure cooker add chopped onions ,Tomatoes,Salt, Red chiili powder, Green chillies,Cumin powder,Coriandor powder, Turmeric powder,Oil  and Ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix it well and put pressure cooker lid to it.
  • Let it cook till the meat is tendered.
  • Open the lid and cook it till 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes Add one cup water to it and let it boil till 5 minutes.
  • Off the flame and put cilantro leaves and one lemon in it.
  • Your tomato soup is ready.
  • Enjoy this in lunch or dinner.
