Ingredients:

  1. Chicken                                          - 1 Full.
  2. Salt                                                 - 1 tsp.
  3. Red chilli powder                            - 1/2 tsp.
  4. Green chillies                                 - 4.
  5. Mint leaves                                    - 2 bunch.
  6. Coriandor leaves                           - 2 bunch.
  7. OIl                                                - for frying.
  8. Ginger garlic paste                       - 1 tsp.
  9. Water                                            - 1/2 cup.

Method:

  • Cut coriandor leaves, green chillies and mint leaves Put them in grinder with 1/2 cup water. 
  • This will form a green paste keep it aside.
  • Now Take chicken and boil it in sufficient water.
  • Once you see that chicken is done remove it from heat.
  • Take a non stick pan heat oil in it and put that green paste in it.
  • Let it cook for 5 min then add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and chicken.
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
  • In the end you can see the green chicken is ready.
  • Serve it with chapatis or plain rice.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken                                      - 1 pound.
  2. Salt                                             - 1 tsp.
  3. Red chilli powder                        - 1 tsp.
  4. Turmeric  powder                       - a pinch.
  5. Ginger Garlic paste                     - 2 tsp.
  6. Tandoori chicken masala            - 1 tsp.
  7. Onion                                          - 1.
  8. Oil                                               - for frying.
  9. Garam masala powder                 - 1 tsp.
  10. Tomato                                       - 1.
  11. Green chillies                               -2.
  12. Cilantro leaves                             - 4-5.

Method:

  • Take a non stick pan heat oil in it.
  • Fry onion in it till light brown put ginger garlic paste, salt , red chilli powder, garam masala powder , Tomato, green chillies and chicken in it.
  • Put the lid on it.
  • After some time you can see the gravy will be formed stir it well.
  • Cook the chicken and now put tandoori masala.
  • Your chicken will now be in red colour with spices in it.
  • Before serving put cilantro leaves on it.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken                                          - 1 pound.
  2. Yougurt                                           - 4-5 tbs.
  3. Red chilli powder                             - 1 tsp.
  4. Turmeric powder                              - 1/4 tsp.
  5. Salt                                                   - 1 tsp.
  6. Ginger Garlic paste                           - 2 tsp.
  7. Oil                                                    - for frying.
  8. Onions                                              - 2 Chopped.
  9. Garam masala powder                       - 1 tsp.
  10. Coriandor leaves                                - 4-5.
  11. Black plum                                         - 1.
  12. Saffron                                               - a pinch.
  13. Milk                                                   - for dissolving saffron.
  14. Rice                                                   - 1 pound.
  15. Cloves                                               - 4-5.
  16. Cardamoms and cinnamon                - 4-5.
  17. Lemon                                                - 1.

Method:

  • First Wash chicken properly and keep it aside for water draining from it.
  • Marinate the chicken with Yougurt, Salt, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Ginger Gralic paste, Garam masala powder and Coriandor leaves.
  • Take a Sauce pan Heat oil in it and add chopped onions. After some time add a plum to it and fry it.
  • You can notice the colour of onions turns to red its fine fry till light brown. Take out little onions and put Ginger garlic paste and  marinated chicken.
  • Cook chicken properly till its tendered and the oil comes up.
  • Boil water in another pan, add washed rice to the water with Cloves, Cardamom and cinnamon and cook until it is tender. Remove from heat and drain off all the water.
  • In a separate wide pan, place the rice at the bottom as a layer and above this, place the chicken pieces as another layer. Repeat this process until the rice and chicken ends.  On The top layer put coriandor leaves, fried onions, Saffron mixed with little milk And
  • Sprinkle the lemon juice on top and allow it to cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Your Yummy Chicken Biryani is ready

 

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken                                     - 8 pieces.
  2. Onions chopped                         -5.
  3. Salt                                             - 1 Tbs.
  4. Red chilli powder                        -1 tsp.
  5. Green chillies                              - 2.
  6. Butter                                           - 1 tsp.
  7. Ginger Garlic paste                      - 2 tsp.
  8. Curry leaves                                 - 5.
  9. OIl                                                - for frying onions.

Method:

  • Take a non stick pan heat oil in it and put  Chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Mean while take Chicken wash it properly and keep it for draining water.
  • Fry onions till light brown now put salt, ginger garlic paste and this chicken in it.
  • Stir well and let it cook till chicken is tendered.
  • Once you can see that the chicken is tendered then put red chilli powder and butter in it.
  • Stir well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • You end this with onions gravy with yummy chicken.
  • Enjoy this with pain rice or chapatis.

Tandoori chicken

Ingredients:

  1.  Chicken Legs and Thighs                         - 16 pieces.
  2. Salt                                                            - 1/2 tsp.
  3. Red chilli powder                                       - 1 tsp.
  4. Turmeric powder                                        - a pinch.
  5. Ginger garlic paste                                     - 2 tsp.
  6. Tandoori chicken masala                            - 2 tsp.
  7. Yougurt                                                     - 6 tbs.
  8. Garam masala powder                               - 1 tsp.
  9. Lemon juice                                               - 2 tsp.
  10. Cooking oil spray                                       - to the walls of the pan.

Method:

  •  Wash chicken properly and make a cut in every piece.
  • Now Marinate the chicken by adding salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, yougurt, Tandoori chicken masala and lemon juice.
  • Keep it refrigrated  atleast for 2 hours.
  • Take a Baking pan or Baking tray spray cooking oil to the walls of the pan.
  • Transfer  marinated chicken in this baking tray.
  • Heat the oven for 400 degrees.
  • Put this chicken in  oven for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes see that the chicken is well baked if not put it for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • You will end up this with some gravy. If you like you may keep this gravy or you can take a pan and put chicken and gravy in it and cook for 5 minutes until the gravy is absorbed.
  • Enjoy this with rice or chapatis.

Hi this is just simple chicken soup yet very delicious . It does not require any oil or onions in it it is just nutritious recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken bones with some meat                    - 4 to 5 peices.
  2. Tomato                                                         - 1.
  3. Cauliflower                                                   - 4 to 5 peices. 
  4.  Salt                                                              - 1/2 tsp.
  5. Red chilli powder                                         -  a pinch.
  6. Black pepper powder                                   - a pinch.   
  7. Water                                                          - 5 cups.
  8.  Knoor Chicken soup cubes                        - 2

Method:

  • Wash chicken pieces properly and add water to it.
  • Put it on medium flame add salt, red chilli powder, knoor soup cubes, tomatoes and cauliflower.
  • Let it cook for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 min see that the chicken is done if its done off the flame if not cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Add Pepper  in everyone’s bowl  and serve it.
  • Serve hot..

Chicken curry

Yummy Chicken Curry i love Chicken this is the recipe taught by my mother. I love this Tasty chicken.

Ingredients

  1.  Chicken                           - 8 peices
  2. Yougurt                            - 5 tbs
  3. Salt                                  - 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder            - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder            - 1/4 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder    - 1 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste         - 2 tsp
  8. Tomatoes                       - 2
  9. OIl                                  - 4 tbs
  10. Onions                           - 1 chopped
  11. Peanut masala                - 1 tsp
  12. Water                              - 4 cups

For preparing peanut masala you need to:

  • Take peanut ( moong phalli) 3 tsp 
  •  Cocount powder (khopra)  3tsp and grind them put this masala in curry.

Method:

  • Wash chicken properly and marinate it with yougurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder ,masala and tomatoes.
  • Take a pot heat oil in it and put chopped onions in it fry till light brown. Put ginger garlic paste.
  •  Then Put the marinated chicken in  that pot and mix it well.
  • Leave the chicken on high flame for 10 min then lower the flame to simmer.
  • Let the chicken cook properly You can see whether the chicken is cooked or not by cutting a small peice of it.
  • If it is done add water to it and let the water boil.
  • You can see the oil will come up and it looks like curry.
  • Off the flame Garnish it with coriandor leaves.
  • Serve it with parathas or plain rice.

Ingredients:

  1. Onion                          - 1 Chopped
  2. Tomato                        - 2 Chopped
  3. Chicken                      -  8 Peices
  4. Butter                         - 2 Tsp
  5. Salt                           - To Taste
  6. Red Chilli  Powder      - 1 Tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder      - 1/4 Tsp
  8. Jalapeno                   - 1
  9. Coriandor leaves      - 4-5
  10. Ginger garlic Paste   - 1 Tsp
  11. OIl                            - 4 Tsp

Method:

  •  Wash Chicken Properly With Changes Of Water.
  • Take a Non stick Pan and Heat OIl in it.
  • Put Onion in it and Fry it till Light Brown.
  •  Then add Ginger garlic Paste, Salt, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Jalapenos and Tomatoes.
  • Mix well and Let it cook On Simmer Till 5 min.
  • Mash Tomatoes properly then add Butter to it.
  • Now add Chicken and let it cook for 15 min and put The lid on it.
  • After 15 min open the lid and Mix it well.
  • Garnish it with coriandor leaves, Chaat masala powder.

Serve it its Mouth Watering !!!!!!!!
