Ingredients:

  1. Burger buns                                  - 4.
  2. Tomato                                         -1.
  3. Eggs                                             - 2.
  4. Salt                                               - a pinch on every egg.
  5. Black pepper powder                    - a pinch.
  6. Garden Ranch sauce                     - for spreading on burger.
  7. Jalapeno (mild)                             - 2 on every burger.
  8. OIl                                                - 1 tsp.

Method:

  • First fry 2 omelets, Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on eggs.
  • Now take 4 burgers Put this fried omelets on the burger.
  • Put Ranch sauce on it , tomatoes and jalapenoes.
  • Cover the burger with the top bun.
  • Now take 1 tsp oil in a pan and fry them lightly.
  • Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  1. Mangoes                                   - 2 ripe.
  2. Apples                                      - 2.
  3. Pears                                         - 2.
  4. Salt                                            - 1 tsp.
  5. Black pepper                              - 1/2 tsp.
  6. Sugar                                         - 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Wash mangoes  and cut small pieces of mangoes.
  • Wash apples and pears and cut them in small pieces.
  • Sprinkle salt and sugar to it.

yougurt sauce

Ingredients :

  1.  Yougurt                                         - 4 cups.
  2. Salt                                                 - 1 tsp.
  3. Turmeric powder                            - 1/2 tsp.
  4. Red chilli powder                           - 1/2 tsp.
  5. Water                                             - 2 cups.
  6. Onion                                             - 1 finley chopped.
  7. Ginger garlic paste                         - 1 tsp.
  8. Besan (Gram flour)                          - 2 tsp.

For Frying:

  1. OIl                                                -  4 tsp.
  2. Cumin seeds                                - 1 tsp.
  3. Red dried chilies                          - 3.
  4. Curry leaves                                - 4.

For Bhajiya:

  1.  Besan (gram flour)                    - 1 cup.
  2. Water                                         - for making paste.
  3. Red chilli powder                       - 1/2 tsp.
  4. Ginger garlic paste                     - 1/2 tsp.
  5. OIl                                             - for frying.
  6. Onions                                       - 2  (Make small pieces.)

Method:

  •  Take a blender add yougurt, water, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, besan  and ginger garlic paste to it.
  • Now transfer all these to a sauce pan and put on a low flame.
  • When you see that the yougurt sauce is cooking  Put onions in it and stir it well and let it cook on a low flame for 5 min After 5 min off the stove.
  • Now make bhajiye. Take a bowl add besan, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and water to it.
  • When the paste is made add onions to it and mix well.
  • Take a non stick pan heat oil in it and slowly put bhajiye in it fry until light dark brown and take out when its done.
  • Put these bhajiye into the kadi.
  • Now for Bhagar heat oil in a small pan add cumin seeds, dried red chilli, curry leaves and add these on the yougurt sauce (kadi).
  • Your kadi is ready to eat use this as a nice side dish with rice.

Hi friends Cholay is one of the most easy dish and it is loved by everyone.. It is the best snack dish.. We can  have it in breakfast with puris also..

Ingredients

  1. Chick peas                         - 1 small tin can
  2. Ginger garlic paste            - 1 tsp
  3. Salt                                   - 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder              - 1 tsp
  5. Onion                               - 1 chopped
  6. Chaat masala powder       - 1 tsp
  7.  Fresh Lemon                     - 1
  8. Tomatoe paste                   - 1 tbs
  9. OIl                                      - 4 tsp

Method:

  • Take a non stick pan heat oil in it.
  • Put onions in it and fry till light brown.
  • Now put Ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and tomato paste.
  • Stir well and put chick peas in it.
  • Let it cook for 5 min.
  • Off the flame.
  • Garnish it with onion peices, Chaat masala and lemon.

Best snack time prepared in minutes !!

 

Ingredients:

  1.  Tuvar dal                            - 2 cups
  2. OIl                                       -  1 tsp
  3. Salt                                      - According to taste
  4. Red chilli powder                -  1 tsp
  5. Tumeric powder                 - 1/4 tsp
  6. Green  chillies                     - 1
  7. Water                                  - 4 cups
  8. Tamrind  paste                    - 1 cup
  9. Tomato                               - 1
  10. Coriandor leaves                 - 2-3

For Frying:

  1. Cumin seeds                     - 1 tsp
  2. Curry leaves                      - 4-5
  3. Mustard seeds                   - 1 tsp
  4. Dried red chilli                  - 4
  5. Ginger Garlic paste            - 1/2 tsp

Method :

  • Wash dal properly with 2- 3 change of water.
  • Put it in a cooker add 4 cups of water, salt, red chilli powder ,turmeric powder, Green chillies and tomatoes.
  • Put pressure cooker lid and leave it on high flame for 15 min.
  • After 15 min open the lid and let it cool then put this in blender including tamrind paste and little water.
  • Now in a small pan heat oilthen put  cumin seeds curry leaves, dried chillies, mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste fry them all for 2 min
  • Now add all these to the daal.
  • Garnish it with coriandor leaves.
  • Serve it with plain rice and aachar.

 

DELICIOUS DAHI WADE

 

Ingredients for wade

  1. Urad Daal                        - 1 cup
  2. Salt                                 - According to taste
  3. Oil                                 - to fry

Ingredients for Dahi

  1. Yougurt                         - 1 pound
  2. Salt                               - to taste
  3. Ginger and Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  4. Red Chilli powder           - 1/2 tsp
  5. Corindor leaves              2-3
  6. Cumin powder                 - 1 tsp

Method

  • Soak Urad dal in a bowl overnight
  • Add salt to it and little water
  • Grind it to form smooth paste
  • Heat oil and fry wadas and keep it aside

For dahi

  • Blend yougurt and add salt, Chilli powder, Cumin powder and Gingeer garlic paste.
  • Put the Wadas into this yougurt.
  • Before serving put Tamarind sauce, coriandor leaves and serve.

Before marriage when My husband used to live alone He used to cook any thing that is not time consuming He told Me that He used to bring this maggi packet and cook it if you have observed it is written on the packet that it takes 2 minutes to cook but usually that takes 10 minutes. After marriage when I gave him my hand cooked noodles he was very surprised to see that … from that day in the mornings he tells me to cook that for him..I love to cook noodles as it is a very simple dish and it can be cooked very soon. Here goes the recipe.

Ingredients

  1. Maggie                    - 1 small packet
  2. Onion                      - 1 small chopped
  3. Tomatoe                -   1 sliced
  4. Oil                         - 4 tsp
  5. Salt                       -  According to your taste
  6. Red chilli powder  - 1 tsp
  7. Haldi powder         - A pinch
  8. Adrak laisan paste   _ 1 tsp

Method:

  • Take a non stick pot and heat oil in it
  • Put Onions chopped in it and fry it till light brown
  • Put Adrak laisan paste, Red chilli powder, salt in it and put 1 Glass of water
  • Let the water cook then break the maggie and put it into the water
  • Simmer it and put Maggi Masalae wich comes with it
  • Stir well and let it cook till the water is dried
  • Serve hot
  • Garnish with coriandor leaves or boiled eggs and Mayonnaise
