Ingredients:
- Meat - 1 pound.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp.
- Tomato -1.
- Onion - 1.
- OIl - 4 tsp.
- Coriandor powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Mushroom paste can - 1.
Method:
- Wash meat properly and keep it aside.
- Cut onions finley chopped and put it in a cooker.
- Now take the meat and put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato, coriandor powder and oil in it.
- Cover the lid of the cooker and let it cook till it is tender.
- After the meat is tendered open the lid and stir well for 5 min.
- Now put mushroom paste in it and let it cook for 5 min.
- After 5 min remove it from the stove and off the flame

Ingredients:
- Kheema - 1 Pound.
- Bhindi - 1 Pound.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder - a pinch.
- Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp.
- Onion - 1 Finley chopped.
- Oil - 4 Tbs.
- Water - 5 tsp.
Method:
- Wash kheema properly with changes of water and keep it aside.
- Take a non stick pan heat oil in it.
- Put onions in it and fry them till light brown.
- Put Ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and kheema in it.
- Throw water in it and cover the pan with lid put it on simmer flame for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes when you see that the water is soaked put bhindi (okra) in it.
- Cover it again with a lid for 10 minutes.
- When you see that the colour of okra has changed off the stove.
- Serve it hot.

Method:
- Wash meat properly with changes of water and keep it aside.
- Take a cooker cut onions in it and put meat, salt, turmeric powder, coriandor powder, ginger garlic paste and oil.
- Let it cook for 20- 25 minutes when you think its done open the cooker lid.
- You can see some water in it stir well till you see that there is very little bit water left.
- Simmer the flame and put lemon juice in it.
- Stir well and put Black pepper Powder in it.
- Off the stove and put coriandor leaves on it.
- Serve hot with plain rice or Chapatis.

Ingredients:
- Meat - 1 pound.
- Onions - 5-6.
- OIl - 3 tbs.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
- Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp.
- Lemons - 2.
- Coriandor leaves - 2-3.
Method:
- Wash meat properly with changes of water and keep it aside.
- Take a pressure cooker cut onions in it and put meat,salt , red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Cover and pressure cooker and put it on flame for 20 minutes.
- After 20 min open the cooker and see that the meat is soft if it is not soft put the pressure cooker lid for another 10 minutes.
- Open the lid and cook onions until they are not seen.
- Off the flame and put fresh lemons in it and stir well put coriandor leaves in it.
- Serve hot with chapatis or plain rice.

- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp.
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp.
- OIl - 4 tsp.
- Onions - 2.
- Water - 4 glasses.
- Tomatoes - 2
- Green chillies - 2
- Cilantro leaves - 4-5
Method
- First wash meat properly and keep it aside.
- Take cooker cut onions in it and put meat, Salt, Red chilli powder, Ginger garlic paste Cumin powder and oil. Put the pressure cooker lid.
- Let the meat cook till 20 min till the meat is tender.
- Remove the cooker lid and put potatoes and tomatoes in it. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add water to it.
- Stir well and put tamrind paste, Green chillies and cilantro leaves in it. Cook well.
- Serve it with plain rice and chapatis.

- Let it cook for 20 min until the meat is tender.
- Open the cooker and simmer the flame.
- Stir meat properly put oil in it.
- Stir throughly and see that the cooker walls wont get burned.
- Garnish it with coriandor leaves and onions.
- Serve it with palin rice or Chapatis.

Ingredients:
- Meat - 1 pound
- Potatoes - 2
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Yougurt - 5 tbs
- Tomatoes - 2
- Cumin powder - 1tsp
- OIl - 4 tbs
- Onions - 1 finley chopped
- Water - 4 glasses
- Rice - 2 glasses
Method :
- Wash meat properly and keep it aside.
- Take cooker heat oil in it and put onions.
- While the onions are being fried light brown marinate meat.
- Take a bowl add me meat, salt ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder,tomatoes and yougurt.
- Mix it well now see if the onions are fried put little ginger garlic paste and add this marinated meat to it.
- Put the cooker lid on it.
- Let it cook for 15 - 20 min after that open the lid and stir it for 5 min.
- Now add 4 glasses of water to it and let the water boil .
- Now cut the potatoes into medium peices.
- When the water comes to boil add potatoes and rice to it leave it on high flame put lid on it.
- After some time when you see that the water is touching the lid lower your flame.
- Off the flame after 10 min
- Serve it with dahi ki chutney (yougurt with onions and tomatoes)

- Spinach - 2 Pounds.
- Meat - 1 Pound.
- Salt - According to taste.
- Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp.
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
- OIl - 4 tsp.
- Onion - 1 finley chopped.
Method for Meat with spinach:
- Wash Meat and spinach properly with changes of water. Keep spinach aside.
- Take a pressure cooker add onions, Meat, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste an oil in it.
- Put the cooker lid and let it cook for 20 min.
- Open the lid stir the meat properly for 5 min then put spinach in it.
- Stir it properly and let it cook on simmer till you can see the change of the colour of spinach.
- Off the stove and serve it with chapatis or plain rice.

- Oats - 5 cups
- Meat - 1 pound
- Salt - According to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Oil - 4 tbs
- Yougurt - 5 tbs
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 7 cups
- Lemon - 1 sliced
Recipe for making oats with meat (Haleem):
- First wash meat properly. Now marinate it with Yougurt, Salt, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste and Cumin powder. Keep it aside.
- Take a pressure cooker heat oil in it and put chopped onions in it.
- Let it fry till until brown now put all the marinated meat in it.
- Put the pressure cooker lid on it.
- Cook it for 15-20 min until meat is tendered.
- Now open the lid of the pressure cooker and let it cook for 5 min now put 7 cups of water in it.
- Bring the water to boil. Now put Oats in it and simmer your flame.
- Let it cook for 5 min. Off the flame.
- Your Oats are ready.
- Put lemons juice in it and garnish it with chaat masala.

Khorma
This is my favourite dish in my house this dish is enjoyed by everyone.. Here is the recipe for meat khorma
Ingredients:
- Meat - 1 pound
- Onions - 1 chopped
- Yougurt - 4 tbs
- Potatoes - 2
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Red Mirchi - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Method
- First wash meat properly and marinate it with salt, yougurt, mirchi, Ginger Garlic paste, Cumin powder, Garam masala powder and turmeric powder.
- Leave it aside for 10 min.
- Mean while in a cooker fry onions till light brown.
- Then put ginger garlic paste and this marinated meat and put pressure cooker lid.
- After 10 min cut potatoes and open cooker lid and put potatoes in it.
- Put it for pressure cooker for 5 min.
- After 5 min you can see that the meat and the potatoes are tendered.
- Open lid and on simmer cook it till the oil comes up.
- Off the Flame and your khorma is ready to eat…..
- Enjoy it with chapatis or plain rice…
